Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your seminar booking free of charge up to two weeks before the seminar begins. After that, we will have to charge you 50% of the seminar fee. In the case of no-show, the full seminar fee will be charged. Alternatively, you are welcome to nominate a substitute participant for the seminar. Substitutions must be made before the event begins and require a written notification. Partial or day-by-day cancellations or substitute attendance are not possible. The event may be cancelled for good cause, for example due to insufficient participant numbers, the absence or illness of a speaker, or force majeure. In all other cases of cancellation for good cause or necessary program changes—particularly changes of speakers—CIS GmbH will inform participants as early as possible. Fees already paid will be refunded or credited toward a replacement date by mutual agreement. Further claims are excluded.
