Description:
ASME B16.34 is the most recognized standard for flanged, bolted or
welding end valves worldwide. In this seminar you will learn all important
requirements regarding dimensions, tolerances, design, fabrication, testing,
marking and the declaration of conformity.
Important aspects are the determination of the minimum wall thicknesses of
valves and the correct material selection with regard to Piping Codes B31.1
and B31.3 as well as ASME Code Sections I and III. Further the content
with respect to the preparation of a manufacturer´s standard for valves will
be a learning outcome.
